ABOUT THE ARTIST
-Jim Miller-
His love of photography and the human element are evident in his work,
the subtle
details "in the moment" draws us to the images in his
collections. He is a well known and respected Maritime
photographer with an active membership in the only National photography
association representing the elite of the industry, Professional
Photographers of Canada PPOC and the Atlantic Association
PPOC-Atlantic, to keep up with the latest European advancements he
maintains membership with the prestigious SWPP(Society of Wedding and
Portrait Photographers,Britain).
Jim is equally comfortable with digital cameras or the latest creative
techniques, through his NAPP membership (National Association of
Photoshop Professionals,USA).
Jim's deep committment to his craft is obvious through his artistic
interpretation of the people he photographs. He describes himself as "the keeper of the spirits of
people". Given this responsibility Jim strives for perfection.
Joanne Broome completes the team with advanced training in posing and
album layout. In addition to her participation in all facets of the
business, she holds Jim's heart next to hers.
As a skilled photographer, Jim has demonstrated time and time again the
